Meet the Vice President and Associate Provost for Inclusion and Diversity

Dr. Taffye Benson Clayton is a nationally known executive administrator and leader in higher education. She serves as the inaugural Vice President and Associate Provost for Inclusion and Diversity at Auburn University. She is the designated executive administrator for coordinating the University’s initiatives in cultivating an environment where all students, faculty, and staff feel valued, respected, and welcomed.

Dr. Clayton is known for her presentations on faculty recruitment and retention and translating corporate promising practices into the higher education context.
