Faculty Success Program

The Office of Inclusion and Diversity works to facilitate the productivity and success of faculty at Auburn University, particularly those faculty who are members of underrepresented groups. Toward that goal, OID will fully support tenure-track faculty members to participate in the Faculty Success Program (FSP) through the National Center for Faculty Diversity and Development (NCFDD). The FSP is a 12-week online program designed to support skill development to increase research and writing productivity while maintaining a healthy work-life balance for faculty. In addition to the virtual experience offered by NCFDD, OID will connect each cohort of participants. More information will be available in late Fall 2021.
