Description: Defining a professional practice is a complex endeavor that often requires an internal audit and a deeper understanding of self. This session explores the natural convergence of preparation and opportunity and examines how participants can leverage their passions to maximize their leadership potential.
Getting What You Need: Balancing Personal and Professional
Presenter – Bianca Castagna: EHS Leader, GE Aviation
Description: Building a meaningful professional practice and personal life requires a deep examination of core values, individual interests and ultimate career aspirations. This session will provide women with the skills necessary to move beyond the temptation to “balance it all” and offer insight into shaping a lifestyle that fully integrates work and life.
